This ocean fishing excursion was on the fishing boat "Starlight", based in Wildwood Crest, NJ. The fishing objective was to catch monster bluefish and to experience the adventure of offshore ocean fishing. The group caught a lot more wind, rain and waves than fish. Better luck next time.

Photos from this adventure. We were hit by a cold front that came in 6 hours earlier than expected. Our boat was hit with horizontal rain and wind and we decided to head back to shore around midnight. The adventurers got wet, cold and motion sickness took a lot of energy out of the group. It took more than 2 hours to get back to dock. The fishing time was short, less than 1 hour. We caught 1 bluefish and lost several others. One small sand shark and one ray were also caught.
